What is personal training?

Personal training consists of one on one coaching from a certified personal fitness trainer. I teach you, motivate you, and get you to work hard consistently while following a detailed fitness and nutrition plan
which I will develop for you based on you and your goals.

Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals.
It utilizes the most effective exercise and nutrition strategies while at the same time your continuously
making progress.

How will I benefit from working with a personal trainer?

You will be receiving advanced knowledge of fitness from a professional personal trainer. I will motivate you and help you see why it is so important to keep your body healthy. I am here for you so that you will stay on the right path and not
get bored or slack off.  For you to want to get up and workout you will need to have accountability. This will make you work even
harder. Most of all, all workouts need consistency. You need to be eating right working hard and know that there is someone there for
you to rely on when the hard days come knocking. You will find that you will work much harder with a personal trainer than you will on
your own.

Here are a few more Benefits:

-You'll learn more
-Measure and track your progress
-Increased strength
-Lose weight
-Reduce risk of injury
-Burn off stubborn body fat
-Increase metabolism
-Improve flexibility
-Eliminate aches and pains
-Tighten and tone muscles

Do I need to have equipment?

No, nearly all of my in-home clients have little or no equipment at all and get amazing results. Unless you are into power lifting, bodybuilding, or competitive sports you don't need lots of machines. All you need to do is work the muscles, and
you can do that with body weight calisthenics, exercise bands, free weights, manual resistance, exercise balls, etc. If you already have
equipment, then I will be more than happy to work with you on it as well as all other areas of training.

Are you a certified and insured personal trainer?

Yes, I hold multiple certifications, and I carry a comprehensive insurance policy.

I believe that to be the best you have to be more than just "certified" - you need to be qualified! Not only
do I posses the knowledge (certifications, licenses, etc), but I also posses the skills to teach you, motivate you, guide you, and coach
you as you achieve goals you never thought possible!

How often should I meet with my personal trainer?

This will depend upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule, time available to exercise, and your budget. When considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing on earth that
is more important.

On average, most of my clients do best when they meet with me 2-3 times per week, any less than that many people will slack off and
do not get nearly as much out of it. Here are a few things to keep in mind when deciding:

1. How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?
The more frequently you meet with me, the faster you'll see results and achieve your goals.

2. How much experience with exercise do you have and how much do you know?
While many people have exercised before, they do not have good form and know limited exercises. So why try to figure it out yourself.
I am here to help you. Why leave your fitness results to chance?

Most clients I work with start out training 3 times per week and then will gradually decrease the frequency as they progress, learn
more, and feel more comfortable and confident on their own.
